Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in resolving issues encountered on the website.
2. Address and troubleshoot customer inquiries related to deposits and withdrawals.
3. Introduce and explain promotional activities on the website.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.

2. Possess patience to carefully listen to customer problems and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Basic computer operation, preferably proficient in Excel, Microsoft word.
2. Should be young.
3. University graduate.
4. Have more than 2 years working experience.
5. Can work night shift.
