Field Sales Associate (Dau Pampanga)

Job Description Primarily responsible for the overall sales performance of the assigned branch/s. The position is responsible for agent recruitment and development, execution of sales and marketing strategies, and planning at the branch level through effective leadership and execution skills. Is also responsible for supporting the dealers/key account relationship-building efforts of the assigned branch/s.

Qualifications:

Business / Marketing course graduate or equivalent
1-3 years of selling experience
Experience in agent recruitment, management, and business development is an advantage
Self-driven and entrepreneurial. Personable with strong communication skills in both English and Filipino. Fluency in the language of the assigned area will be an advantage
With valid drivers license & motorcycle
Can Start ASAP and willing to work at Dau Pampanga.
