Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Providing support to the Accounting Department.

2. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.

3. Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

4. Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

5. Preparing financial reports.

6. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in related field with work experience as an accounting assistant.

2. Atleast 2 years experience in handling accounts receivable.

3. Hands-on experience with microsoft excel.

4. Good mathematical skills and ability to spot numerical errors.

5. Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

6. Professional manner and a strong ethical code.

7. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

8. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
