Job Description
2. Processing inbound and outbound transactions of the client.
3. Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
4. Updating ORCA’s internal databases with information about daily transactions, technical issues, and useful discussions with customers
5. Acknowledging, monitoring, and investigating customer complaints via email and Viber messages sent by clients and providing resolution to 100% of the cases under her level.
6. Familiarizing new client needs and requirement that may require workarounds in the services ORCA provides.
7. The role should be a college graduate. Preferred to have a degree on logistics or supply chain management.
8. With one to two years of experience in order processing or as a customer support staff in a warehouse environment.
