Job Description:
We're seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brands and drive business growth. You'll play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to meet company objectives.
-Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing collateral, such as advertisements, promotional materials, and product launches.
-Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, website traffic, and social media engagement, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
-Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
-Support the Marketing Manager in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
-Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in marketing or advertising roles, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
