Your Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers with inquiries and concerns, providing top-notch service.
-Handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer service experience.
Needed Qualifications:
-College graduate or completed two years in college.
-Six months of experience in BPO or financial service/lending (BPO/non-BPO, Bank, Lending firms).
-One year of customer service experience (Not BPO).
