Process
Onsite Process
Start of recruitment process- 10PM
1. Validation- every 4PM since the shift of the POC is from 4PM to 1am
2. Initial Interview
3. Sales Interview
4. Final Interview
5. Client Interview
6. Assessment- Typing test and Grammar
Work Set Up- Onsite 2PM-11PM and & 3PM-12AM Fixed Weekends off.
Benefits- Commission up to 30k and HMO upon regularization.
