Job Description
-Oversee Warehouse operations.
-Maintain item records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
-Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
-Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
-Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
-Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
-Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
What we are looking for:
Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in handling and overseeing warehouse operations.
-Experience with a manufacturing company is an advantage.
-Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach.
-Willing to work in Punturin, Valenzuela City.
