Job Description
• Troubleshooting computers, printers, and UPS, laptops, cellphones and other IT peripherals.
• Program and assist in editing and updating company websites using wordpress.
• Handles Network System maintenance, checking, updating, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Update and assist in booting the odoo system
• Handle regular maintaining, updating, checking, and blocking unidentified user/s on the network system.
• Manage the Google Workspace Administrator
• Handle the programming and scheduling of aircon, elevator controls and lighting controls.
• Upgrading IT equipment such as hardware/parts, laptops, desktops, cellphones, printers, etc. If needed.
• Install software and hardware components.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
• With Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course
• With at least 2 years of experience in an IT Specialist, IT Administrator, or similar role
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
