Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Service Advisor. The Fleet Service Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer-focused service, customer service, communication, and after-sales support. The role involves working closely with customers and providing excellent service to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills
Aftersales support experience
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
