Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and empathetically.
Deliver accurate information on products, services, and promotions.Needed Qualifications:
Completed at least two years of college (old curriculum) or K12 graduate (new curriculum).
No call center experience.
Strong communication skills in English.
