Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Support Technician. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure the smooth operation of desktop computers, printers, and other computer systems. Your role will also involve computer repair and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Experience in desktop computer support and printer support
Computer repair and maintenance knowledge
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or related fields are a plus
