Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries in a friendly manner
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information
Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
Completed Senior high or equivalent
Minimum 2 years completed in college
At least six months of BPO experience
