Job Description
• Oversees the day to day overall operation of the Production to ensure schedule is followed as per plan to meet the delivery requirements of customer
• Plans, organizes and prepares production schedules in coordination with all relevant functions to ensure all resources are available.
• Cooperate with Maintenance to ensure the machines are maintained to ensure continuing production.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure the materials needed for production are available.
• Coordinates with Personnel related to manpower requirements.
• Analyzes daily production reports and provides input to the management on how to achieve production target, improve product quality and reduce production rework/reject/wastage
• Report the status of overall plant operation to the Vice-President.
