Job Responsibilities:
• Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:
o Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
o Making outbound calls for sales, surveys, or follow-ups.
• Customer Service:
o Providing excellent customer service and support.
o Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving:
o Analyzing situations and providing effective solutions to customer issues.
• Multitasking:
o Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as talking to customers, entering data, and using computer systems.
o Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines:

Job Qualifications:
• Amenable to working onsite or hybrid.
• With or without BPO/Call Center experience are welcome to apply.
• At least High School/SHS Graduate
• Can start asap.
• Average to Good communication skills.
