Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of a CSR: include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- must be at least 18 years old
- a high school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Average - Excellent English communication skills
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
