Senior Business Analyst (WFH)

Primary Responsibilities
• Facilitate weekly project reviews with Business, Production and Engineering Marketing teams to align all stakeholders on priorities and schedule
• Manage project development lifecycle from initiation to closure, tracking and reporting project milestones and providing daily status.
• Work closely with project requestor to outline scope, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
• Elicit requirements and ensuring any changes are documented and approved
• Preparing quality assurance criteria and communicate to the product team
• Facilitation of workshops
• Perform appropriate analysis using the appropriate tools
• Approve the delivery of completed work and ensuring they meet the business requirements
• Prioritise and assign the work as needed for the team
• Work closely with external contractors or vendors is needed
• Occasionally work on non-office hour is needed

Qualifications
• Proven experience to lead, manage and work with large, geographically dispersed teams
• Strong knowledge on web development cycle
• Retail and e-commerce experience is preferred
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, work independent and work under pressure
• Convey a positive, “can-do” attitude towards challenges and strong problem solving skills
• Effective communicator and strong negotiation skills
• Good command of English (both verbal and written)
• Magento platform experience prior or current is preferred.
• Must be a team player.
