Job Description
Assisting solutions department with regards to internal and external needs.
Software installations and upgrades.
New PC installations
Technical documentation
Troubleshoot microsoft windows operating system issues
Troubleshoot local and network printing issues
Work support tickets to resolution with our support team
Weekly and monthly report
Other duties are assigned
Qualifications:
Graduating students taking up Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, IE, Computer Engineer or any related course
Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field
Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has the ability to multitask and can both work independently as part of the team
Basic end-user support on usage and troubleshooting of IT related hardware and peripherals (e.g. printers, scanners, telephony, and other peripherals)
Basic troubleshooting, maintenance of hardware equipment (e.g. condition checking and diagnosis)
Must be able to meet deadlines
Must be flexible
Willing to work on a hybrid set-up (work on-site and work from home)
