Job Description

A project manager has the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of campaigns. Key among a project manager's duties is to recognize factors or campaign details that could have an impact on the likelihood of success and that these factors must be properly attended to throughout the lifetime of a project working with Client Experience Managers, Sales, Production Teams, Finance, Fulfillment, and Technical teams.

Scope of Responsibilities

Manages digital campaigns, ensuring that they meet Client objectives and are excellent.
Adhere to strict service-level agreements for communication with clients.
Monitors campaign performance and provides sales and clients with upselling and optimization recommendations.
Produces campaign analytics reports, including case studies, to demonstrate effectiveness and share learnings.
Accountable for delivering the Group's Production Quota and maintaining specified Group KPIs.
Plan, organize, and implement strategies to generate leads/appointments via all given channels: voice, email, social media, chat, web marketing, and continuously discover other means to generate lists and production.
As a team leader, give and receive employee feedback, conduct performance evaluations every month, and provide ongoing training to the staff.
Monitor attendance and schedule adherence of the group and maintain the company's standard DA Ratio.
Practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Deliver regular reports of campaign results per company's requirement or Client/ Account Manager's requirement.
Responsible for training, coaching, and developing assigned agents to conclude monitoring presentations, conducting evaluations, follow-up, and corrective counseling as needed.
Assist the Client Success Manager in maintaining a positive, motivating, and high-energy working environment.
Carrying out performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of all agents to improve efficiencies.
Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
Other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO.
