• Coordinates with internal and external entities regarding legal and compliance matters
• Assists in implemententing changes to contracts to comply with legislation/regulations
• Provides support related to litigation, mediation, arbitration, grievance and responses to complaints
• Gather data, facts and laws of cases and conducts legal research
