Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree preferably major in IT, Computer Science or Communications
Proven working experience in technical writing.
Understands and possesses expertise in ×509 certification, trusted CA PKI, and surrounding technologies and protocols.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment. Experience using version control systems, authoring tools, markdown and related technologies.
Candidate with basic understanding of Google Analytics, HTML and SEO will be preferred
At least 2–3 years of strong technical background. Advantage: Software Engineering and Testing Experience.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup, reporting onsite at least three times a week to our Makati office.
