Project Architect

Location: BF Homes, Paranaque City

Job qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture
With license (preferred)
Must have 5 years experience as Project Architect
Portfolio of completed projects
Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs
Advanced project-management skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
Knowledge of construction costs and time frames
Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
Job description:

Manage design projects from concept development through completion; Design with the final approval with the Company’s Head Architect
Handle Minutes of the Meeting with the clients and the company
Review accuracy of reports, calculations, estimates, plans, project specifications and other document related to construction
Interact with the company’s clientele
Prepares Inspection Reports per Project
Review all Project Documentations prior to submission to the Head Project Arc. and Company Officers
Reports directly to the company’s Technical Heads and company’s officers
Create WBS (Work Breakdown Schedule) for all existing projects
Oversees the design works of all Junior Architects
Developing and presenting project proposals
Submit company standard technical documents
Meeting with Clients and determining their needs and requirements
Adjusting Design and Plans to meet the client’s needs
Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and other construction documents
Inspection of assigned projects and submission of Inspection Reports every week
Collaborating with all company technical heads for any project concerns
Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
Compiling of Technical Reports for future reference
Doing estimates based on the company’s cost standards
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Handles Kick-Off Meetings of HCRC Projects
Verify and check quality of materials as against approved specifications
Check the general condition of the Project prior to Project Inception
