Job Description
Job Requirements:
Completion of a 4-year degree program is required.
Previous experience in marketing and sales within the financial or banking industry is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be organized, friendly, possess strong public relations skills, and be able to handle pressure.
Flexibility and articulation are desired qualities.
Willingness to engage in field work is necessary.
Responsibilities as an Associate, Small Merchants in Davao Del Sur:
Responsible for establishing or terminating affiliations with new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion within the designated area.
Provides assistance to the division and participates in company promotions and projects.
Conducts searches and evaluations to identify potential merchants in the area, building a portfolio of prospects.
Regularly visits assigned merchants to promptly address their immediate needs and concerns.
Reviews actual billings against targets and prepares weekly and monthly analysis reports to be submitted to the division and group head.
Recommends and executes the termination of merchant affiliations based on various criteria, such as non-billers, failure to meet billing requirements, instances of fraud, or as recommended by CCAP (Customer Complaints Action Panel).
