PRIME PHILIPPINES is looking for an experienced HR Head to lead our HR department at our Head Office in Quezon City. Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Head will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring the successful execution of all HR functions. Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
4. Experience in a real estate or consulting environment preferred.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR staff.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
9. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies and programs.
