Sales Staff

1. Responsible for introducing all product lines of the organization to the market
2. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
3. Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by email, phone calls and personal visits.
4. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
5. Provide possible design of all product lines of the organization based on customer requirements.
6. Prepares quotations base on the costing and inputs coming from customer through a certain time frame.
7. Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets and time scale.
8. Provides training for newly hired employees under the same department
9. Manage and develop direct reporting staff
