Job Description
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualification ;
- must 18 yrs old
- at least high school or senior high school graduate, fresh graduate are welcome
- above average English communication skills
- good computer navigational skills on multiple system
