Job Description
· Must be a High School Graduate - 6 Months of BPO Experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
· Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
· Strong multitasking and time management abilities
· Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
