Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and concerns. Deliver exceptional service with a friendly and positive attitude.
Investigate and resolve issues related to insurance fraud. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions and transactions.

Needed Qualifications:
0-6 months of BPO experience.
Completed a Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills.
