Customer Service / Non-Voice for Local account - Immediate Hiring
Handling inbound calls from customers
Resolving inquiries and requests from customers
Ensuring timely and appropriate handling of customer requests
Using client-specific tools and applications for customer management
Delivering top-notch service with confidence and knowledge in a friendly manner

Qualifications:
With At least 2nd yr college completed - allied medical course/ experience at least 6 months
Passionate individuals and can communicate well with customer inquiries
Good to excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Able to start immediately
