Inventory Controller

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Validates encoding of documents from incoming shipments /deliveries, transfer of stocks, bin to bin transactions and

outgoing deliveries.

2. Run inventory report to be used for cycle count.

3. Leads the team for cycle count activities.

4. Do inventory reconciliation after count.

5. Ensures that all warehouse transactions are documented.

6. Maintain proper documentation and monitoring for non-conformance and returns.

7. Report immediately incidents of possible FIFO/FEFO violation for further disposition.

8. Ensures that all files are secured.

9. Perform his/her assigned task according to prescribed procedures and instructions.

10. Ensure to perform his/her work assignment complying with prescribed GWP, SSOP, and safety standards.

11. Responsible for other task assigned by his/her superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. College graduate of any IT related or business courses.

2. Computer literate.

3. Experience in Inventory Reconciliation is a must.

4. Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.

5. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
