Sales Representative

Position/Job Title: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Makati
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)

ROLE:
• Provide leadership in driving solutions sales and account management to designated territories.
• Provide accurate update, forecast of sales opportunities in CRM.
• Consistency in delivering and driving sales revenue.
• Required to develop a highly positive customer relationship thru regular client visits, attending to sales calls in a businesslike manner, and proper presentation of solutions to address the needs of clients and customers.
• Ability to discuss technical discussion with confidence.
• Will be responsible for achieving desired monthly and quarterly sales target.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and target potential customers within the Johor territory.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Conduct product presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven sales experience in the software industry, preferably with SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or any 2D/3D CAD software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the design and engineering sector is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing or any Business-related course.
• Background in sales/market analysis and product positioning.
• Preferably with sales experience in the Manufacturing Industry, or knowledge in the CAD.
• Software Industry like Solid works/ Inventor/ Cimatron/ AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel (local and abroad).
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Required)
