Job Description

As a call center agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing customer satisfaction and professional assistance and utilizing excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS?
At least 18 years old
HS Grad (old curriculum) or SHS Grad
At least 1 to 3 years Exp. in Airline Industry or Travel Agency with GDS
Or at least 1 to 3 years Call Center Exp. handling International Travel Acc. with GDS
Excellent communication skills
Amenable to start ASAP
