Job Description
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in website, web application, and mobile design, including usability testing and gathering user feedback.
Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile application design, wireframes, and prototypes, with the ability to create high-fidelity interactive design mockups.
Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
Portfolio showcasing completed design projects available for sharing during the interview.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Background in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms) is advantageous.
Experience in visual communication, product development, and content management is a plus.
Confident and proactive in communication.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate issues, and seek support when needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility to work predominantly on North American shifts.
Ability to work remotely and virtually with stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and meeting work expectations.
Willingness to work in rotating 24/7 shifts.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with 2 days of work from home per week.
Job Description:
Strong collaboration, professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in user research, strategy, web and mobile design, usability, accessibility, and brand alignment.
Developing knowledge of UI and interaction design principles, including typography, color, page layouts, and interface components.
Passion for User Experience, with a desire to explore new ideas, define and validate them, and work collaboratively.
Ability to define tasks and provide progress reports on deliverables.
Effective communication of findings through empathetic and thoughtful analysis.
Comfortable working with other Design and Delivery team members to enhance skills and contribute to valuable solutions.
Experience working remotely with a global team.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Reviewing requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide timely feedback.
