Must be a college graduate of Civil Engineer
At least 5 years of experience in related field
Preferably License Civil Engr.
Delegate tasks and achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly task goals.
Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing work
schedules for the team.
Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible.
Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and also the management.
This is to ensure that the projects are completed by maintaining a significant
standard.
Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments.
Significantly analyze all the existing operations and scheduling the existing
training sessions. Also, organize and hold meetings to discuss scopes of
improvements.
Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an
inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and also
voice their concerns.
Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and when
required.
Write progress reports efficiently and delivering presentations to all the
relevant stakeholders.
Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and
successes as well.
