Recruitment Manager

Position: Recruitment Manager
Location: BGC Taguig
Type of Employment: Full Time, On Site

Responsibilities
• Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness on hiring process.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fair.
• Provide feedback to management about details regarding application
• Executes end to end recruitment process
• Source, screen, interview, and select candidates based on business requirements for assigned accounts.
• Assist in innovating hiring processes and procedures to improve applicant flow. Help analyze bottlenecks and lead improvement initiatives.
• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs.
• Help with analysis of Talent Acquisition data, metrics, and candidate information for better targeting and Talent Acquisition process effectiveness that leads to improved performance.
• Maintains and Updates the Recruitment database;

Qualifications Guidelines:

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or any related fields
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience working on Entertainment industry.
• Ability to identify top talent and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
• Professional organizational skills for scheduling multiple events and performers at one time
• Confident and Charismatic with excellent communication/Interpersonal skills
• Self-Motivated, organize and have good time management skills
• Previous background in an executive search/headhunting company is a plus.
• Up to date to provide candidates status / hiring status
• Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
• Willing to start ASAP
