UK Hours – Mid Shift Cebu

The role is for our client we are looking for a professional, fast-paced, challenging and rewarding person who brings drive and experience working with senior executives in financial markets and services.

The Talent Sourcer / Researcher will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities. They will deal with Senior managers and Executives, meaning regular phone & correspondence with people in the C – suite level positions.

This role will coordinate all the sourcing activities, also closely work together with recruiters. The role will cater to highly competitive markets where finding the right talent has a significant impact on business success. Thus, experience in executive search is highly sought out for this role.

With the market constantly evolving; shifting the hiring needs of our clients, talent sourcer needs to be able to adapt to these shifts
providing an invaluable service that clients can rely on.

Activities include managing the various sourcing channels and regularly interacting with both active and passive candidates at senior levels. You should be a confident, friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Job Description:

Sourcing

Researching

Data Capture

Support to inhouse team

Develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy with our client

Screens, sources, and engages with candidates based on job descriptions by the client

Works together with the recruiter to define candidate personas

Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels ( Linkedin, inhouse database CRM, Indeed, Monster and others)

Defines and matches candidate profiles

Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates

Can effectively utilize the various sourcing channels

Aligns candidates to jobs/ positions that fit their profiles.

Promotes Employer Brand when they reach out to candidates on various platforms

Is able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs

Able to attract passive candidates for a particular role needed by the company.

Gathers significant information on candidates and presents them

Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them

Follows up on employee referrals

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business

Experience; 1+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar roles

Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques

Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems, ERP systems (i.e. ClickUp, NetSuite, Odoo, Workday)

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

With headhunting experience is a plus.

Knows how to use sourcing tools and technology.

Able to effectively communicate and go toe to toe with senior level individuals and executives.

Computer literate

Good Sales skills

Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates

Ability to quickly make decisions

Goal driven

Work Hours: UK hours Mid shift in Cebu

Salary package:

Basic Pay + Allowances: Php20000 to Php25000

Night differential for hours between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
