Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for PHRN for a pure non-voice account. Location is in Bridgetowne in Quezon City. As a PHRN, Care Associates will answer and resolve emails and chats pertaining to medical products and services about benefit, claim or eligibility and non- clinical Utilization Management issues from a Doctor/Hospital regarding (1) one or more issues about a single customer, or (2) one or more issues about multiple customers.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse
With active PRC license
1-year bedside work experience required / company nurse job experience with COE
Good verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrate effective critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Good time management skills
Ability to function independently.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Able to comprehend jurisdictional guidelines & client, adjuster & provider protocols.
Amenable to report Onsite.
With wired internet connection (Back Up)
With personal device to use (laptop or desktop)

Offer

Upon hire:
Php30k basic pay + 1k flex fund allowance
30k SOB (one-time-payment after 30-45 working days with 1-year locked in period
20% Night differential
HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1 and HMO dependent upon regularization

Annual increase based on performance.
13 and 14th month Pay.
