Job Description

Determine best solution based on the issues and details provided by the customers
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Record problems and their resolution in logs
Follow-up and update customer status and information
Inform management of recurring problems
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Other tasks may be assigned

JOB QUALIFICATION:
Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or any related courses with at least two (2) years of experience in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Highly Computer Literate related business and communication skills.
Organizational, Customer Service, Problem Solving Attention to Detail Skills.
Has strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and organized.
Tech Savvy with working knowledge of office automation and other related system.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Can work in a fast-paced environment and is flexible to work in multiple areas with different required outcomes.
Language Preference: Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao
Experience in a COOPERATIVE SECTOR, BANKING & FINANCE.
