At least High school graduate with at least 4 years customer facing experience
Vocational Graduate (2 year graduate only – no TESDA courses) – 2 years customer facing experience

Good to Above Communication Skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
