Job Description
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in using MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Interest to be trained and learned new skills
Construction and Engineering background a plus

Responsibilities:
Gather quotations from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of market rates and trends
Utilize specialized software packages tailored for windows and doors to analyze company data, monitor project budgets, and effectively track pricing dynamics
Identify labor and material costs, as well as project time requirements, through a meticulous review of project proposals, blueprints, and associated documentation
Communicate with clients thru voice and email.
