Unihealth-Southwoods Hospital and Medical Center (USHMC) began its operations on November 17, 2014 and was formally inagurated on December 10, 2014. Located in the fast-growing commercial and business hub of Southwoods Ecocentrum Businss Park in Biñan City, USHMC is a tertiary hospital (now level 2 hospital as per DOH new category) with 100-bed capacity.

Job Description

Job description
 Conducts company orientation for newly hired employees
 Conducts training needs analysis
 Coordinates on-the-job training program and future vacancies of the company with schools and universities
 Coordinates with department heads with regards to training requirements
 Update job knowledge by participating in workshop and seminar
 Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
 Assists in the employees social and recreation programs such as summer outing, sports and other company events
 Maintains employee database for training and generate monthly management reports
 Sources out Speakers/Trainor's for in-house training or seminar
 Performs other related duties as required

Qualification
 College degree in BS Psychology or any related course
 Experience in handling payroll and all government benefits
 Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task in a busy, professional environment
 Must be able to keep information confidential and able to interact with all levels of clergy and lay employees
 Strong communication skills to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
 Must possess outstanding time management or organizational skills, be flexible and have the ability to prioritize objects as priorities changes
 Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of the team
