Job Responsibilities:

-Provide courteous, efficient, and accurate assistance to customers seeking information, reservations, ticketing, and solutions for their travel-related queries and concerns.
-Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to make reservations, book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements while adhering to company and airline policies.
-Create, modify, and manage travel itineraries for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely updates as per their requests.

Key Qualifications:

-College graduate
-Experience with GDS (Global Distribution System) is essential, with a focus on Corporate Travel within the last 6 months prior to applying.
-Minimum of 1 year of GDS experience, preferably in a BPO, Travel Account, or Travel Agency setting.
