Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active PRC license
- Must be a first time applicant for NCLEX no pending process for NCLEX
- Must have 2 years bedside setting experience as a staff nurse
- Must be willing to provide own equipment, must be okay to work onsite if needed and required
- Night shift/Shifting schedules
- Weekends off
