Position: CSR| Travel Specialist | Urgent Hiring ‼️ ‼️
Are you excited about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a dynamic team player. They will fill the role of Customer Service Representative in the vibrant setting of Cebu - IT Park. They will work with our Corporate Travel account.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Use your Amadeus expertise. Use it to book airline seats, hotel rooms, and rental cars. You can also book other travel items.
Provide customer service. Make sure to address all client questions.
Work with the team to make a difference. Create good experiences for our clients.
Needed Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
At least 8 months of Amadeus experience or two years of GDS experience
Excellent Communication Skills.
Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS), including Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Apollo, and Galileo. and verbal
