Electrical Engineer for QA Leader - Tanza and Rosario Cavite

Responsibilities
The client will soon shift to their own factory at Suntrust Ecotown Tanza. Temporarily (few weeks), the new employee will work at current plant at Rosario CEZ. There is also the possibility to work at a separate Naic factory.

1. Supports QA ASV on implementation of and sustainability of quality programs, activities, policies and standards to promote customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee electrical inspection process.
3. Support inspection of machine wiring, devices, electrical boxes, functionalities and other related.
4. Continuously plan improvement to streamline and enhance efficiency of process.
5. Execute effective planning of manpower and inspection schedule.
6. Support evaluation of new and changes on the process.
7. Identifying and resolving process issues that might affect the quality of the products and services.
8. Investigate issues and provide countermeasures to prevent recurrence and occurrence of problem.
9. Evaluate quality control performance and ensure QCQA team achieves its goals and targets.
10. Plans and formulate continuous training and development of members to enhance competency.
11. Support software system inspection (PLC ).
12. Verify and finalize quality inspection results for accuracy in reporting.
13. Document quality results and other related to provide performance.
14. Provide guidance of members through coaching and mentoring.
15. Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: 
College graduate preferably Electrical or Electronics and Communications Engineering    

    
EXPERIENCE: 
Solid knowledge in electrical field (wiring and device)            
Knowledge on PLC system

SKILLS: 
Strong leadership and analytical skill         
Good communication (verbal and written)
              
Others: 
Background in electrical inspection utilizing Circuit and Wiring Diagram      
Strong attention into detail
