Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:
-Provide top-notch customer service over the phone, assisting clients with financial inquiries.
-Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance targets.

Needed Qualifications:
-At least two years of college or equal education.
-Have three months of call center experience or related customer service background.
-We prefer candidates who are familiar with 401k processes.
-Accept K-12 graduates or 2nd-year college completers.
-You must have at least one year of BPO experience. It must relate to banking, insurance, or HR payroll.
Salary:
