Job Description

Job Summary: The Shipping Coordinator will be facilitating the efficient movement of goods via sea and air operations. This position requires a deep understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely and compliant export processes while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customs Compliance:

Ensure export activities adhere to local and international customs regulations and documentation requirements.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and export permits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Freight Booking:

Coordinate and book sea and air freight shipments with carriers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
