Job Description
The candidate will report directly to the company's VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Oversee daily operations in the Sales and Marketing Team.
• Create a strategic sales plan that will help the company expand its customer's reach, increase market share, and increase profitability.
• Manage accounts and ensure the overall satisfaction of the customers.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and quotas.
