Warehouse Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supervising warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of success in warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory counts
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of shipments
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in warehouse management, with a minimum of 1 years of experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
