Business/Systems Analyst

Description:
Business/Systems Analyst role for IdentityScape is a streamlined presales and implementation role as presales provide a strategic perspective into each opportunity that needs to translate into the expectations from implementation. This role will also act as a Product Owner to some ongoing implementations.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives for the self-sovereign identity platform. Outputs: Process/Data flows, Requirements- Product-Mapping and Gaps, User Stories , IDS Architecture, API SDK
2. Collaborate with the implementation team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, especially product gaps, to identify bridging scope, whenever applicable. Outputs: Product / Process Change Document
3. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges during the presales/BD and product implementation process.
4. Facilitate workshops and meetings with various stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the platform's functionalities and capabilities. Outputs: Business Process/User Stories.
5. Create detailed documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and data models, to guide the development team.
6. Collaborate with Third Party in performing system testing and validation to ensure that the platform meets the specified requirements and works as intended. Outputs: Business Process/User Stories/Functional Test Document
7. Collaborate with the UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces that align with the user's identity management needs.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to decentralized identity systems and make recommendations for
continuous improvement.
8. Assist in defining the platform's key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure its success and effectiveness.Work closely with the delivery team ensure timely delivery of project milestones and address any potential roadblocks.
9. Participate in Product design interactions based on implementation inputs. Output: IDS Architecture

Needed Background/Competency/Experience:
● Experience in complex systems analysis (payments, banking, manufacturing, logistics) preferred
● Required ERP business/systems analysis experience
● API Integration experience
● External systems integration experience (at least 2 independent network systems, not just internal systems implementation project)

● IDS Architecture
● IDS Product Scope, Features
● IDS UX Flows
● Identity Verification, eKYC
● Self Sovereign Identity

Experience: 5+ years business/system analysis experience
Education: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology / Master in Information Security
Contract: 6 Months / 1 Year
